A/C not making me happy in 95 degree weather....HELP

OKay folks...a few months ago, my fan chirped...so everytime I'd turn it on, it would chirp for a minute, then quit and the fan would go...well now, I turn it on, it only chirps for about 5 seconds, then quits, but the fan is not turning very fast...when on full blast, it feels like only 15%...I'm dying here guys with almost no a/c and a broken driver's window in the Nebraska heat

First fix the window. Could be that resistor bug causing it not to go full force.

I'm planning on it...lol...but $71.67 for the switch...and I don't have that right now lol

$71 bucks for the blower motor resistor?! Shit, i paid $28 and thats after tax and from the dealer ship!
