He has Progressive. I have State Farm.
Yesterday I tried to get info for my claim, and the entire claims team was at a company picnic. I know they had a prerecorded message the day before warning about this...but it's still poor customer service in my opinion. They should take shifts. You can't leave your customers out to dry like that...ALL DAY. Even Enterprise hesitated to give me the rental at the State Farm rate because they couldn't get through to the claims group either.
But there's also been a lot of miscommunication between the body shop, two insurance companies, and me. When I took SF out of the picture, the whole thing ran smoother.
