Very cool little program that has now been released for us to use to ply with some .bin files.

Here is the program itself.

Here are a bunch of .bin files to play with. (This is where I get all of mine from)

Here is the "How-To" page with tons of info. (You can also download it from here)

Here is the Clubgp link from Eddie with a lot of info in there.

And of course a big thanks to our very own Zalfrin, as he was one of the key components in getting this program working.

I haven't tried this yet, but I'm assuming it runs on PC and then you can save somehow and upload to your car? Is there any cables that we need to upload it to PCM? (Like a USB to PCM)?

It is purely a bin editor, not an uploader. You will still need PT, DHP, etc. to perform an upload. This unlocks extra tables for people to play with.

problem: I cannot unzip rar files. now what? I have never been able to get any solutions to work for me on my home desktop, home laptop, or work laptop (when I had it).

EDIT: using the powertunr forums is a no-go unless you have the username/password from the original owner. Like many others, I do not. What now?

Download (for free) WinRar to use the .rar files.

http://download.cnet.com/WinRAR-32-bit/3000-2250_4-10007677.html

You can still download the files from the .bin section of the Powrtuner site without logging in.
