no, it was the first time I could tell if the engine was making any noises or not since it has exhaust now. it runs good. Leaking some oil on the return line for the turbo so i'll need to fix that hose. And like I said, my BOV was seized so I gotta fix that after work if I can fix it.

If not a friend has one that may fit so I may have to use that one temporarily.

Where did you get that filter?

It's a chrome intakes filter, got it off ebay. Back wehn I first got the car I bought the Ebay CAI for grand prix, that's what it's off of.

I haven't had a different BOV on there but I find this Monza run to be pretty loud at 15 psi.

Oh, and my trans problems start already. It's shifting extremely hard and setting a P0748 code, it causes the line pressure to max out. This started before we even drove the car with the turbo so I know it's not from abuse. I've talked to Overkill and he's suggested a few things so I'm going to try that.

I am also having an overboost problem with the cutout open tho. Once I open the cutout and get on it it boosts past 20 psi and I get major knock. Up to 10* is what I saw earlier, I didn't expect it to overboost. After reading, it seems like my wastegate isn't big enough to flow enough exhaust around the turbo and that's why it's doing it. I'm not using the Turbonetics EVO WG that comes with the CT kit, I'm still trying to figure out what one it is from the guy I got it off of.

My trans slips when cold. Thats about the only issue and I beat the ever living crap out of it everyday since Feb. Idk I guess mine is just a trooper beast from the factory lol. Knock on wood

I saw your post on clubgp. That is really weird. What booost controller are you running? Opening your cut out should not result in more boost. You sure your vac lines are right? I wonder what spring or shims if any are in your wg.

This is the same one, except blue. It looks like " Chrome Intakes " have switched to K&N filters.

And yea, I know it shouldn't affect it. And the MBC is working, before it was only going to 8 PSI, now I've got it up to 15 psi. It stays at that 15 unless I open the cutout.

Twincharge setups net you less power with more heat so unless its for the cool factor there is no point especially since our pt-61's spool up at 2500rpms so lag does not exist whether brake boosting or off the line because even the stock stall has enough to let us build boost.

no update yet, car is parked again. Have some troubles with my jimmy rigged couplers popping off so i've ordered some longer silicone ones to fix the problem.

Once that's done I'll get a tune and get you guys some speedo vids and hopefully some highway races.
