The only thing I can think of is to go to a good parts store and look thru their spring books. Find our rear spring specs and then try and find something close. I did this on my dad's bonneville and found slightly stiffer VR coils that were 1/2" taller than stock. This was almost perfect as he normally has his car loaded down when traveling.

i got ya. i'll do that and see what options i got.i was checking out the ssc coils at zzp. they are pretty reasonable. the coils will lower the ride hight. the only prob i might have is i got tools i useually keep in the car for school. the tool box is pretty heavy. it lowers the stock coils substantialy. i dont want to bottom out if i get the ssc coils. could putting the tools in te back seat be better for the coils.

Email them. Guy in local club bought from them. You can request 250-600 spring rate and you can modify kybs to just buy spring kit. Can adjust height lowered 2" or up fit like 22" rims.

Get the entire GMPP kit for the suspension. It's not very much, and will include more than just a sway bar.
