This may sound as somewhat of a strange question but I picked up a set of 2 black steel 15" wheels for free.. In the next couple weeks I'm putting 4 new tires on my car which will just be a set of all seasons. However, when next year rolls around to winter again I was wondering if it would be possible to take the set of wheels I got and put a set of winter tires on the front. The bolt pattern is the same and they fit on fine but I was unsure if this would be ok to have a set of 15's on the front and 16's on the rear?

I think that'd be fine, as long as the tire's height is the same as the stock tires, so the gears and speedo will be right.
