Pump is in the washer bottle. If you don't see the bottle when you open the hood you have to get at it through the passenger fenderwell. Chances are the pump is corroded. Same thing happened with mine. Picked one up at my local parts store.
no fuse. take off pass wheel, unbolt 4-5 small screws, pull out fenderliner, remove pump. if your good, takes about 20 min. oh, and fluid will drain out of res so change pump quickly.

x2... Common thing for the pump to get clogged up...
It is really washer pump bottle. I have same problem last year. I brought used washer pump bottle from Ed Moard and it is working fine since then. Like OP says he can't heard pump then that's clearly it is dead pump. If it is freezing outside. You should heard pump running if wiper thing is frozen that won't spray it out.
I did what Stoveguy explained to you. Good luck to fix that problem. It is really easy.
its really cold right now we are getting slammed with snow for like the next 3 days so unless i can make it to the shop im stuck then, like there days here when its negative 10 15 a few times 25 plus no kidding in in upstate new york near ft drum
no i use the wiper fluid thats made for deep cold right now it works well. this car is in really good shape just the minor stuff like i had to get a fog light and new wiper blades. the guy before me was the second owner and he took really good care of it i just got the warranty on the all the seals he had replaced before winter, this care was a business travel car for a corrections officer.
is there any intakes that i can swap to add a little hore pwr for the 3.1 V6 or would doing the 3.8 swap be a better option. also will the 3.1 trans bolt up to the 3.8 or do you hace to switch it to.
