in the last month or so I have been having off and on issues with the CC on the T-Bat. While running down the hi-way it would just drop off as if you had hit the brakes. A quick touch of the resume function and it would pick back up. Last night on the way to work it started acting up again and on the way home this morning it refused to work at all. multi function switch?...or bad servo underhood? any info please Thanks guys

I doubt the multi function switch.
and I doubt the servo since it seems to be working fine until that occurrence, but the works fine again after hitting resume.
Fuses, doubtful since it is actually functioning until said occurrence, and then works again with resume.
Cruise control module, possibility.
Brake switch, possibility, depends how sensitive it has become over time, may even just need an adjustment.
Speed sensor could be quite likely, if the signal fails the cruise will turn off, even for split second. (it will assume you are under the 30mph, or whatever the minimum cruise speed is on these cars)

Have you taken a quick look under the hood at the throttle bracket to see if it might be a mechanical problem?

I was thinking speed sensors/ABS sensors/hubs. Until I read yalls recommendations. I'm starting to think electronic gremlins. Good luck. I'd very interested to hear what the result turned out to be.

I would check under the hood to see if it's catching on something.

I'm experiencing the same issues with my cruise control, but I haven't had a chance to start troubleshooting it.
I'd be curious to learn what you find out.

Maybe the gremlins had a headache and wanted the TBat to suffer, too. Misery loves company.

For what it's worth, you might want to look for vacuum leaks......here's what just started happening to me.
Friday on the way home the SES light came on. Just got around to checking it today. P0108, Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit High Voltage was the code. The MAP Sensor responds to vacuum changes (intake manifold pressure). Because my cruise control isn't working, this could be a clue to the root cause of the problem.
Looking in my GM factory shop manual, there are a couple of steps in the troubleshooting process suggesting investigating things like a plugged or leaking vacuum supply to the MAP sensor, and of course faulty electrical connections.
My car is idling rough, so I'm going to address that first before I trouble shoot the MAP related code. (first step indicates to do this before proceeding with the MAP troubleshooting).
I have fresh plugs I've needed to put in for awhile, and my fuel filter replacement was overdue (done Fri).
Hope this helps.

The MAP sensor sits above the PCV Valve, try replacing the PCV valve first, and go from there.
