whats the difference between comp g and gxp?

I want to get them recovered so it doesn't really matter about the outside of them.

but other then that they are molded the same? cause i want to have them recovered with black and red suede with red stitching i think...

scrap yards around me have seats from $50-$200 apiece according to car-parts.com

If you wanna get them recovered anyways, why not just buy 04+ cloth seats? They are all shaped/sculpted the same.
