is the harness fully seated? Remove the harness from the deck and then re-connect. If that gives ya heartache...try a bigger hammer.

Well #1 try to use some proper English in your post. I do hate to sit here and complain but when you can hardly understand what your typing its kinda hard for us to help you. Sounds like your stereo (btw you spelt stereo wrong on the title)is shot and needs to be replaced.

Our stock stereo is the biggest piece I bet out there. The cd player is junk in it. If it is cold, it normal throws an error and ejects it back out. When you do get it to play, it might or might not play right, it either does or it acts like it is skipping the whole time.

Also, when the front light went out on it, I tried to replace the bulb but I could not get it to work right even following the instructions, so I rigged that up to work with the key on. It works fine, but somehow I screwed the volume control up a little bit, so on some days it when you try to turn it up, it goes down, the opposite or takes a little tlc and then it will work good. Thank goodness for the steering wheel controls though, hehe!

Good luck getting your radio going!

yea the stock cd players are old technology. I like the steering wheel controls, I know you can buy something still be able to control an aftermarket radio with them, but $$$$$

I did manage to rig up an aux. input, so I can use an Ipod or, plug in the laptop to watch a movie with nice speakers. lol.

I bought a NEW pioneer cd player at walmart for our 4runner, it was $99 marked down from $180, not sure why. but it has USB input as well. THAT is nice too! that one has a remote, so that would be ok in place of the steering wheel controls.

but for now I will keep it as is.
