So after 7 months dormant, I started the hood project again.
I begin November of 2008.
Just didn't have the ambition and worked picked up like crazy.
I am going to finish more duraglass, which is a *$*$T($($ to sand. Then do regular bondo.
Then take it to a body shop and have them do the professional stuff.
Pic is from an iPhone.

Things on list right now, have front pass wheel hub bearing installed, new rear powerstop pads installed, and a new pair of tires.

If you missed the thread, here are pics in progess too:

the pic in this thread is as of today chico. The 2nd pic in photobucket is a photoshop that Tbat did for steve back in october/november. The pic of the blue fiberglass viper hood was just to POSSIBLY get an idea of what he could do to this hood to definately make it one of a kind.

Tims correct.
Tbat photoshopped one, which I wish was the finished product today, but is not.
The viper hood I saw on ebay and saved it for reference.

By the way in 8 months, I've only got a total of 6 hours into the hood! LMAO

I wish it was this by now:

Well good luck with your project,I would have thought you would have bought a premade fiberglass scoop and bonded it on a hood but go for it you have a lot of work ahead of you.Chico(pops)

Just looking at that fiberglass gives me chills lol...I remember I tried making a pillar guage, man was that a day. I guess I learned from my mistakes and if I tough fiberglass again I will use better precaution and setup things better.

Couldn't find a premade scoop I liked Chico.
And I wasn't going to steal yours.
I will have my spare hood though, so I may make one with a premade scoop.
