How do you remove all the brackets needed to do the bounce mod. Theres no pictures of how he got those things off in the first picture... i couldnt figure it out at a glance and want to know how to for sure befor i take them off and cut the halos out from being sodered in.

ur taking the halos out?

their are two screws holding each black bracket on. look at it, you will see them.

Once you remove those screws, you spin the bracket counter-clockwise to unscrew it from the bolt that allows you to adjust headlight aim. The mod helps with headlight shake, but I'd recommend getting some rubber tubing, cutting it in half, and wrapping it around the headlight. This should finish taking care of the problem.
