its all stock i was going to put a 3.4 pulley on and a tranny cooler i want to know it it will be fine with the fatory exhaust

Save your money on the tranny cooler. You'll be inviting leaks with all the extra hose and connectors.

Will your stock exhaust be able to work with a 3.4 pulley?
No. You'll need to get a 3" D/P, U-bend delete, and some kind of air box, either home made or $200+ name brand. Free up the intake and exhaust.
A PCM, 180* T-stat, and 1 heat range cooler plugs will all help fight any KR you might be getting.

Well, took me about 30 secs to add them. But why you needed them...

Anyways, I would say stay away from the trans cooler but the amount of exhaust work that you need to run a 3.4 depends on the car. I'm happy with the way I works but need to get it scanned to see just how well it works. My friends say it pulls quite a bit harder than the other ones they have been in so I don't think it has too much if any KR.
