Save your money on the tranny cooler. You'll be inviting leaks with all the extra hose and connectors.
Will your stock exhaust be able to work with a 3.4 pulley?
No. You'll need to get a 3" D/P, U-bend delete, and some kind of air box, either home made or $200+ name brand. Free up the intake and exhaust.
A PCM, 180* T-stat, and 1 heat range cooler plugs will all help fight any KR you might be getting.
