Well last night there was nothing for me to do so i painted most of my engine and painted my name on the S/C cover, ran out of primer and paint so i didn't paint the coils, but is it safe to paint them? Painted Engine

Yes it's safe to paint em.

Nice effort guy and as Herc said it is safe to paint your coils but clean thorouly and use a hi-temp engine paint or they will crack and peel.
