HID FOGS Question

I am running hid fog lights. Every time I turn on the fog lights my high beam light dimly comes on. I have the upgraded wire going straight to the battery. The LED ring I have grounded individually and they get the signal I think through the purple wire and are on when I turn on my parking lights. The high beam light only comes on when the fogs are on. Any idea how to correct it?
