when i kick on my highs the driver side gets brighter but aims down. its not the bulb because im on my second set of bulbs, diff companies, and it defeats the pupose of the highs if they dont work. could they bulb not be seated properly? the metal peice the black parts twists onto was missing when i got my head lights so i had to fab the old one onto it, maybe its not even?

Sounds like you need to aim your lights if that doesn't fix it then from what you say you had to fab it just might be time for a new headlight housing. By the way you sure you put the bulb in right side up?

theres a right side up? no way! lol i never knew that. ill have to check tomorrow.
