In the stock PCM the code is a little goofed. When the GPs are running between 40-50 mph and you floor it the motor tends to bog down a little before it kicks in. DHP and Intense have both fixed that problem.

Aftermarket PCMs do more than just that. It is worth it.

definetly get the pcm. im sending in my core right now laugh
every single person highly recommends it, so I wont question them.

stock shifts are 5800...and your rev limiter exists. and you'll definetly benefit from all of the other features listed (note those arent the ONLY things the pcm changes)

One thing that helps a bit with WOT lag is getting the u-bend removed. It still lags a bit, but definitely not as much as stock. I think most of the guys around here are still running with a resonator, but I have a straight pipe running from the cat back. Dunno if that would make any difference other than slight weight reduction. Very slight. lol

Won't an old front o2 sensor cause some lag?

If so, then just spend a few bucks and get a new front O2. I did for $44.

I need to, I should have done it when I changed my plugs. I still need to change my fuel filter.
