How many miles have you got? The struts are probably shot for one thing, new ones will get rid of any sag. You can also go to heavier springs in the rear (I think the Intrigue rears are heavier and fit).

A set of KYB struts and front strut mounts will fix that problem.

Don't back up that far. How else do people who have even lowered their cars get by? Mine isn't really low and I've scraped before. 2-week old chromed dual/slash hooker tips, man was I pissed.

Hey,

Speaking of this topic I was wondering who replaced their own on the rear, is it hard? I know you'll have to get an alignment afterwards.
Does anyone have the know how to on this?

Thanks,
GTP Jack

There was a post in here somewhere with some pretty good instructions...i had never done anything like it before and i found it pretty easy. I did it with a manual spring compressor (not as bad as i thought it would be) but i didnt have the torx bit i needed though (PITA without it). Search for the instructions and post if you have any questions. as long as you have all the tools you should be able to do it in a few hours.

I replaced mine on a '98 GP GT and I did not need an alignment. Look for a higher rate stock springs for the GP, that is what I put in. It will handle a heavier load than the stock ones. I can't find the number right now, but I'll post them when I can find them.
