So....I'm going down to VA and taking a look at this beauty:

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ca...ice=&cardist=71

Obviously, it's overpriced, but I need some pointers on what to look for specifically in the GTP.
I know: Transmission, pulley size, suspension, any leaks, but is there anything really, extremely specific to look for?

I don't think that's overpriced... it seems like a great deal.

From those pics, that car looks fantastic. But no engine bay pics.. confused
My buddy has the 99 coupe but with around 150,000 on it. I had to do much work on it but he didn't take car of it and went to umpteen mechanics (the wrong ones). His year car I would look at the valve cover gasket areas, exhaust manifold gasket area, and oil pan gasket area. All the other crap wrong with his car was just plain abuse. I thnk you could get a little move on the price, but that seems to be a decent price, if you got cash, then that will speak words!!

I also don't think its over price since I lived in Virginia and the gp's I see usually looks and mechanically kept up. Good luck, love the 2 doors.

Psh, I wish I could afford a new GP. But I'm spending w/e I got for Diane, plus a little out of the bank, I'm first asking for 5,500 then meet in the middle.

20gtp02--It is kinda weird that there are no engine pics, but I'm going to take quite a long look at everything, I'm going to check everything possible.
