There is no way to get a chip to work on these newer vehicles. It's a PCM reprogram or nothing.
If you want to stick with the 3100 and are wanting power, here's your options:
Larger TB* Intake Spacers* Cam Regrind* PCM S&S Headers 2.5" DP (I wouldn't go 3" on 3100) Ubend Delete Underdrive Pulley
Or the above, except remove S&S headers/DP and substitute:
TGP Exhaust Manifolds GT28 Turbo Custom 3" DP
*Available from 60degreev6.com store.

We don't have a lot of torque to spare, the L36/67 do.

You run the Y just after the fuel tank. You'll see a place for another muffler on the opposite side. If you contact Ed, he can sell you a stock GT catback (I had one thrown in with my engine I bought). It bolts up, but you'll need driver side exhaust hangers. You can also swap mufflers and tips too. DoberMan is running a setup like this on his SE.

Ed Morad, he deals in W-body wrecks and works out of Ohio. If you need stock parts, he's the first source. He's been a pleasure to work with and I've sent him my share of paychecks. If you need any parts, contact him at GTPED@msn.com
