unfortunatly my car doesn't have the bose sound in it. The car sounds pretty good but I need a little more. I was thinking of going with subs but i am not going to go out and spend a crapload of $$ on a system. I want to keep the stock head unit. I just need better than what I have.

What are some decently priced subs that sound good. I really don't want to dynomat the trunk.

Or should I just upgrade my speakers?

Its up to you. IF you want just a little more then go with a 10. You can get a $30 box from walmart or make your own if you want a little customization. I just bought a $70 rockford fostgate at bestbuy with like 340 watts. Sounds good and I don't have it turned up high. I just have a cheap amp also.

Oh ya, almost forgot, I already have a pioneer 760w amp and a full set of MTX wires with a 3ga power wire and a q-logic bampass box that holds 2 10"s

So you got what you need. Just go ahead and install it. You may need the converter if you have the stock radio. Get that at circuit, best, or radio shack. I had a system in before and after I insulated the whole car. I didn't tell much of a diff. So I don't think you have to dynomat it. Just make sure your license plate won't rattle should be good to go.

I found subs! I have 2 10" MTX Blue Thunder

Do you think that these will make my trunk rattle? i hate that sound.

Would it be smarter to try to sell all this and go with speakers.

And is there a forum or a website that has detailed instructions on where to run the wires and how to get to the HU in a gp?

Not sure, may want to search. Check my sig pics I have a pic of where I ran the power wire. I ran the power on the drivers side and the remote and l/f leads on the drivers side. Try one sub if you can if not try both and just turn down the gain till you getno ratte. You shouldn't get any only the license plate I think.

License plate rattle: Cut a couple of pieces of rubber to put behind the plate. Even some vacuum line would work. hammer
