headers are a few steps down the list. But im sure you will notice a difference likewise.
BTW, you can reuse the stock exhaust manifold gaskets that are currently on the car

Double check the RT downpipe's compatibility with TOG headers....I thought you need a TOG downpipe to work with these headers, but I could be wrong.

Well it's actually the uppipe from the TOGs. It should be compatible with any other DP as long as the DP is 3".

ok yea on 3800 they have the togs and have a bolt up R/T that replaces that small pipe. so a 3 inch after the cat will fit on the stock? how hard is it to replace the rear heads?

Hah, it's not a big deal, I just didn't want to have to take off the exhaust manifolds again in 2 months so I got new gaskets. Almost all gaskets are single use though so I figure might as well replace.

No, the Pacesetters replace the whole downpipe and bolt to the resonator/exhaust. This is one of the reasons I went ahead and got them instead of buying a DP and upgrading later.

They come with their own downpipe that uses 3-bolt flange and bolts to the Y. The downpipe won't bolt up without modification.

Neither Togs or Pacesetter headers are a good choice for the n/a 3.8 you will loose to much tourqe ,a better choice would be S&S headers or ZZP's power lor and rear ported Mnfld.
