I have recently heard that going from 16's to 18's could be sor of a Mistake! Even thought, to be Honest...it wasn't put that Frankly, but I did Understand from the comments that 18"s sort of offers more of a Harsher Ride, that One would need to be Careful when Engaging Steep Curves at High Speed, the Easiness of Damaging the 18"s, & possibly the Tires...& some that I can't even Remember at this Point.
Now, Frankly...especially those of You here, Who maybe Rolling on 18"s...what Problems have You Experienced, after Upgrading to 18"s & what should I be Concerned About...if Any???

Please work on your English, it makes it hard to read. A good start would be to only capitalize the first word of a sentence or proper nouns.
Now... 18s will reduce acceleration, increase stopping distance, and provide a slightly harsher ride due to the thinner sidewall of the tire. It should corner better though, because the sidewall flexes less when under lateral loads.
The only reason you would be damaging an 18 more than a 16, is due to the reduced sidewall that can absorb the shock. However, if you're hitting a pothole or whatever that hard, the tire (and not rim) would probably be damaged on the 16.

Once Again...Thank You, Guys! I have already, recieved the Wheels...& I plan on Only using them during the Summer, so maybe I can deal with some of the problems You mentiong, for that short of Period, & have My front-end Checked as part of the Winterizing process.
And, replace them with the Stocks, to deal with the Snow...they just look too Beautiful, to even Consider returning them now...so, I guess "I will have to pay the price for keeping them".
But, I Appreciate all Your Comments...& I will Definitely, let it be known...what I Think about them, after trying them.
And, "Rook"...I will Definitely, work on My English, Ok! (Peace & Love...Man)

It's not his English, just the way he types it. I can deal with that over those who don't puntuate and don't capitalize crap on this forum.
Glad you got the rims, any pics? Stinks you have to wait out the winter, there is always Florida you can move too!!!

Well, My Friends...I usually do that to Simply enphazise a Point, that I feel requires more Attention.
Sorry...but, it's just My way of saying "Pay Attention to This". And, it definitely maybe a Bad Habit...but obviously, it did gets Your Attention!
But, I will try to Avoid doing so...as much as I can, Not to Offend You Guys.

IMO if you're willing to put up with a stiffer ride, some more wear and tear on the suspension/breaks/drivetran, and a better look. I say go for it! I want to eventually goto 18's, but I'm getting everything under the hood done first
