I went to check my power steering and discovered that they buried the cap to check the fluid against the firewall where it cant be reached..
Why did they bury the power steering cap so we cant check our power steering fluid. You would have to be plastic man to reach the cap.
That was a stupid idea...

Its a PITA to check because by the time you bring the cap up the fluid has already fallin on the stem. I've gotten to the point where I just use my finger to feel the level.

Yes Bill, it is a pain, but you can do it. You just can't see it and feel it at the same time, adding fluid takes a long funnel and patience since you don't want to overfill.

If you have a STB, you may have to remove it first.
