Hey everyone,

I've done lots of reading and still can't really pin point where my leak is coming from

Its on my friends car, 2003 Grand Prix with Sunroof. Under heavy rain storms, the passenger side becomes flooded...with literally inches of water.

I've seen issues about possible clogged A/C lines? but she never uses the A/C

I sealed the cowl against the windshield with some RTV, but then in the last rain storm, it flooded again?!

The vent that is on the cowl above the fan motor...I think that might be where it's coming in?

But last time I glued and sealed the cowl, I dumped a 5 gallon bucket on the windshield and not a drop came inside the car...thought it was fixed...next day, heavy rain and it flooded

I saw that there is a drain for the sun roof, I haven't checked that...can that drain into the interior though?

I could find the drain and blow some air into the line, since I don't want to remove the interior roof to get to the lines.

What do you guys think?

can you provide me with some help on locations etc since this isn't my car, I'm not fimilar with where things are at

Thanks!

PS - Plan on working on this today, so quick responses would be great!

have you checked the seal around the sunroof? dump the bucket on the sunroof and see what happens

The sunroof drain when clogged can flood inside the car.but that will come in around the door area.

i'm going to check the sun roof tonight

would taking an air hose and blowing out the line clean it up? or will I blow off a fitting somewhere?
