Ok. So I just got home and it's been raining real bad for a few hours now. On the way here I hit a puddle a little harder than I wanted to. After that, when I accelerate, my car starts to skip sort of like it feels with a cylinder misfire. I'm praying I can just let it dry and it'll be ok.

I have same problem from my old car that I couldn't see huge water on road at night. After I hit huge water then I'm ready to stop at traffic light. It does same thing like you mentioned. I'm pretty sure it is water.

try it again in the morning, it should be fine by then.

Yep should be fine when it dries. The last time I went through a touchless car wash I had the same thing happen.
