Picked this up of eBay for 38.95 SHIPPED!!! Its a polished stainless overflow tank to replace the stock one on my 98. Now before you ask me why I didnt use the 99+ one, well personally I think they look like I like this alot better.

Heres a link to the eBay store where I got it for any who may be interested: http://stores.ebay.com/Racers-Outlet

This one is 15" long, 2" wide and holds 22oz. of fluid. Good enough for me considering I've wanted one ever since I bought my car!

Now onto the pics:

Looks very nice. I definitely should have went that route instead of the 99+ bottle. The area by the new bottle is so cramped now, not to mention yours looks 100 times better.

I would have put it in the same spot as the 99+ one though, no sense in hiding a very nice polished tank like that.

I don't think he try hide it. This one look fat than 99+ thin bottle. If he put where 99+ bottle. This belt probably will eat this. wink

Nice idea. Hopefully you don't have any low coolant because you couldn't tell if they are low or same level.

Actually you can see right down inside of it, the overflow or "loss" tube its really high so when it expands it will dump it, so you use that tube for refernce. Also thanks whoever edit the bad word, I copied this post fro another board im a member of. Is anyone good at fabbing/welding aluminum, I'de like a better looking set of brackets for this, since I dont have a vice I had to bend these ones with pliers and they looklike blahhhh.

thats a nice looking piece!...pardon my ignorance here but since I have a 2001, where did the pre-99 bottle go?...and I'm guessing the mounts are a universal deal so you will need brackets anyway you go?

T-bat- it was just behind the DS headlight. If you want to run any sort of HAI/CAI, you have to move it. The 99+ bottle was the only option we had for a while. I really like this idea. The 99+ bottle looks terrible

so to mount this bottle in the pre-99 area it would still be an issue for my K&N setup...maybe...this will require some measuring I can tell...but it does almost seem like shame to put something that nice looking in place where it will hardly ever be seen crazy
