Insufficient switching, and slow response sensor 1.

This is a 100 mile old o2 sensor, bought from ZZP.

What could be the problem now?!

Could this be caused from the leak at my EGR system?

Thats the only leak on these headers, but I just purchased a block off plate from ZZP. So that should be fixed ASAP.

Theres no bad idling or weird signs of a bad o2.

What should I do?

I have that problem as well and my o2 is about 40 miles old.I took off the PSs and i still got that code
