I saw that ZZPerformance sells a Valve Cover Breather. Is This something that would be useful to my car? Thanks for any feed back.

Not really. The stock PCV/breather system is plenty sufficient for your car.

The Chrome valve cover breather looks great in my Car! Anyway to get fresh air into the system works great for me.

Those PCV valves get clogged and cause the valve cover gaskets to seep oil. I know because mine does... I need a new PCV valve and im thinking of the valve cover breather

If you're PCV is getting THAT clogged that it's actually causing an oil leak, then either you have a blowby problem with the engine, or the valve isn't getting changed often enough. It's a simple $5 part, and should be changed as maintenance, like you would a tune up or transmission fluid. I believe on a 2000, it's located on the upper intake plenum, inside a black plastic cartrige type of thing, which you rotate partially and then remove. I could be wrong; the 3.8 PCV valve designs and locations have slightly changed over the years.
