So I was talking to another buddy in a club and he was talking about the vibrations of the poly mounts. So he bought some used mounts from Ed. I don't like the vibrations either for a DD, so I bought some last night too. Ed has them for $30-$35 straight sell or on ebay. Mounts So I am going to use these ones from Ed for DD and use the polys for the track. I thought was a good idea. Ed sent me an email got to love this

"we shipped today even though the payment hasnt cleared. we trust ya' smile

Let us know if you ever need anything else. We appreciate the business.

Ed"

Well, my buddy put the lowering springs on and he has 20s and put the new motor mounts in. Say girls loved his car, now they won't ride in it. When I am at a stop, the vibrations stink, I always put it in Neutral at lights anyways, but I get these interior rattles now from places. I am just buying the old brackets and going to swap them when I need to. I like the smooth ride, now it just seems I lost it with those things on. Worst thing you can do is buy them, check them out, and spend another $30 to get a spare set of brackets like I am doing.

When I put poly mounts in sometime last year I definetly noticed more noise and vibrations. I really does feel like the power makes it to the ground sooner/easier, though. And yeah sometimes guests ask whats so noisy. The novi noises transfer right into the body of the car and kinda amplify it.

Yah instant acceleration, but I am just going to swap when I want to. There is a compromise for the stock mounts. I need to find the site again but you can rotate the mounts 90* and get a little stiffer but won't be as stiff as the poly mounts. Need alot of WD40, elbow grease, and a way to turn the mount.

i just rotated the stock mounts it picks up fast and the vibrations aren't that much worse and it was free
