I'm tryin to determine what I should do next to my GT, next summer i'm planning on doing the top swap or ss kit but for now i'm just doing a few bolt ons and what not.
I already have a 3" dp, 180*, zzp pcm, and a FWI

I'm wondering if I should do rockers, or a powerlog and HV3... I only have around $400 or so to spend

Any opinions would be helpful, i've been lurking around here for awhile and just now decided to start posting heh

The HV3 will be useless if you do a top swap. Rockers or headers would be best bang for the buck.

Well if your planning on doing a top swap I would skip the HV3 ,rockers would be a good idea as long as you're sure you wo'nt decide to do a cam later and the PLOG is also a good addition but also plan on doing a ported rear .Chico(pops)

concerning the rockers, should i go with 1.9's or ER, i'm not sure if the ER ones only work well with GT's or what and also would having both front and rear plogs be better than headers? or should I wait on the plogs and just get headers when I get boosted.

i would keep that cash and put it twards your ss or top swap ... you could get it quicker then

well i'm headin off to college soon so i was just going to do a little to it before like some supporting mods. I took off a year to work and put off a little to mod and right now i only have around $400 to spend and wont be making more money until next summer so that's pretty much why i'm waiting until next summer to supercharge it.

Rockers. Easy install and you'll gain probably 15-20 whp.

So I was talking to a guy at my work whos into cars and he said he'd help me if I wanted to install a cam, but now I know for the price of all the stuff it's about $600, i could get rockers and some other things for that amount, or should I just up and cam it?
The only problem I had with doing the cam was I know i'd struggle with it, i'm still tryin to learn.
