I was searching for those GTO spring blockers, never found them. So my buddy Dave said Autozone has stuff. So I went and they had a variety of things. I read about the rubber and cushion spacer falling off, so I went with these:

I know Rook knows first hand what AutoZone carries. So Rook what do you think of these. It was like $11 and change for the set for both sides. So far I lifted the rear 1.5" and it could go up probably another inch if needed, say for the track.

The question I have is it says to use them on say the same ring on both sides, but I put mine on two different ring levels. I understand this will not let the spring travel as much as the way the little diagram says to put them. I am not sure how I should run them, on same level or two different levels the way I have them. I guess I could experiment, I just don't want to have to do alot of work just to get them up for the track or something. I want it comfortable for DD too. I think this beats $100 plus for some new springs that will sag too.

I have them like this now (I ended up painting them black so they are sort of hidden from view):

But I did have them like this at first, I guess for a DD not so good, but for the track, maybe good:

I don't see an image, but guessing by your description, it's the spring spacers you spread apart with bolts and straddle the coils?

Yah the bolts ones, I can't get photobucket to cooperate right now. I will post pics when it works. With different levels there is a concern with the spring not going up and down properly, like dangerous. So maybe on one level is good. It definitely will be good for the track no matter what level, since I got it jacked up pretty high, so thats good to know.

I must agree I think that is how I broke my sway bar because screw them up and you can never get them to be exactly the same height.
