i went to virgina this passed weekend ti norfolk to see a friend and i left my car just accross the street from the base cause my base id for the GP is for my base back in philly. and i went to go get it the moring after and some punk @ss kicked my grills out of my car. he dident steal them just beat the out of them till they fell out. i was able t bent them bask to almost normal except the bottom ones that were totally smashed so i was wondering if there is a way of finding just the bottom ones because i dont want to pay @115 bucks again thru PFYC.

I take it you have the street scenes grills,try contacting the manufacturer and see if they can supply you with just the lower.

Boosten whats that supposed to mean,you post a link to custom car grills when he's looking for a part from a street scenes grill??and IMHO you can't compare the two like a Vette and a Chevette.

My base sticker and my ID card get me on any base/post I have ever gone to with no issues. Sometimes they say I need to get a new sticker, thinking I am newly stationed there, but I tell them I am visiting.

yea it gets me on but they dont want my car on base overnight. i was staying at a friends barraks room onbase. they asked me to make sure i park it off base. stupid i know but i dident want my car towed. i just did what the MA said

You should be able to get on any base with your DOD sticker. And why would you leave a car outside the gate in Norfolk? That's just plane crazy. I'm surprised your car was even still there. That area is horrible.

You don't tell your staying overnight. You tell em you are going to do some business on base. Once your on they don't care.

I was using NAVSTA Pascagoula decals for Hunter Army Airfield for about a year or so. The only problem comes with the MP/SP/SF/MA trying to run certain branch decals through other branch systems. I had to register my USN/USMC decals with the USA/USAF system (finally) about a year after getting the USN decals. All it took was having the MP walk out to my GP, write the decal number down, walk back inside and enter it into the Provost Marshall's computer. Done.

WOW! I don't understand people who do that! Messing with other peoples hard earned work. There is no security cams around the base that might have caught it?

Typical stupid Navy rules. I have found them to be most irritating to work with in my 19 yrs of dealing with the services. Do they have billetting there? Not sure what you call it. Leave it in that parking lot. It will look like it belongs.
