Isn't it going to have to make a sharp 90* bend immediately after?

I'm pretty interested to see some numbers! That is a cool design.

Why the longer primaries? I basing it off of the Stattama turbo headers.

Well to be honest the biggest downfall with current designs is the small crossover it should be at least 2 1/2" ,but looking at the plog not a bad design but lengthening the primaries to a bigger collector then using a bigger crossover should greatly increase flow ,this design is just a trial piece I may change it to incorperate the crossover and front as one piece and put a cutout for a turbo that can be capped or not ,just thinking out loud.Chico(pops)

Do u think its possible to build a front and rear turbo header with the equal length primaries chico? I'm thinkin if its possible to use ur creation inplace of zzps crossover

Anyone have any test sheets or data sheets on the differences in primary lengths on the 3800? The pros by having same length primaries.
