Can you physically see that the TC is cracked? The picture is really hard to tell, but I don't think the TC is your problem. Either way, it's not an easy fix, but I'm betting that it is the flexplate.

Heres why you should get a quality shift kit that doesn't use plastic shims. Notice the mushrooming from only 15k miles?

This is the intense spring setup on the 1-2(left with 2 springs) and 2-3(right with 3 springs). The shims are in there as well but I didn't get a picture of them.
