So i want to start with the handling because i dont have a sway bar and i need new struts. i was looking on zzpreformance.com and i found drop in strut/spring combos
It comes as follows:

(4) KYB struts GR2
(4) SSC lowering springs *6/9/2012
(4) New strut boots
(4) New Rubber isolators (spring pads)
(4) New Monroe top plates
(4) Antipogo washers

thats what they include in the $850 package.
Next i would like a good sway bar and found a 1.33" diameter progress front sway bar for $130

are those good struts? and a decent sway bar? not really sure what im looking for when im looking for suspension.

Finally i want to do some engine work that will give me a few horses, but it will still be a daily driver so nothing super extreme. something like a kn intake maybe a new computer or something just to bump up my power enough to kill some ponys.

im really just not sure what to do first and what to save for when i get another car.

Suggestions would be great! Thanks!

I am happy with the GR2s on stock springs.

for alot of extra ponies for cheap get headers, pulley, intake, tune, and tstat. this will give you quite a bit more power for cheap.

My problem with the suspension is that i need all new struts the coils and struts are just destroyed (the guy who had it before me just did a great job at keeping the car in good shape) so should i just throw the ready to install packs on? i'm not really sure how these struts are. I like quality stuff but sometimes price doesn't tell you how quality they are especially now a days.

wideband tune is cheaper well if you have wideband also it is way more accurate plus i heard mail tunes always run rich to be safe so if you like running rich get the 1.0

Progress bar is good, I had one. Quite heavy compared to stock and solid, not hollow so it won't break an end off. The suspension kit you listed will work well. Most popular setup I would say.

Make your own intake, don't spend a couple hundred on a K&N. There are a few how-to's around here on them.

Headers are a great start as well.

From there on you have to decide how far you want to go with it, that will decide what your next mods would be.

Start with headers and an intake.

You'll need an Aeroforce gauge to monitor knock and various things.

Contact will at getoverkilled.ca for a mail order tune. Best tuner by far.

My suggestion would be to get the parts you want, get a mail order tune for those parts and then install everything at once.

what do you think that will put me at? like an extra 40bhp? that would be a decent enough build for a daily driver i think after i finish with this i will start on some other projects. Heads, intake and pcm is where i think i want to be with it, maybe a new exhaust system. Thanks for the help!
