MY LOW COOLANT LIGHT IS ON BUT THE COOLANT LEVEL APPEARS TO BE NORMAL. THE LIGHT TURNS OFF WHEN CAR GETS WARMER FROM STOP AND GO DRIVING, I HAVE A LOWER TEMP THERMOSTAT COULD THE BE IT OR MAYBE SOME KIND OF SENSOR???

Check the level when the engine is cold; when the egine is running. Otherwise, it'll be a sensor.

Ditto. Check it when it's warm (radiator), and make sure the check reservoir too.
