I have a 2004 GrandPrix GT1 and want to put in an aftermarket Supercgarger.

1. Wise? / Possible?
2. Which supercharger should i use?

I would think that you'd have the same problems as do the 97-03 GT's. The internal engine components are weaker (rods, pistons, etc..) as well as the transmission.

I wouldn't suggest it. But if you are going to do it, look at the centrifigul superchargers. They have a lot more output than a regular roots-style Eaton M90 which is on the GTP. You probably will need some supporting mods to do this though. Someone should have a link to the CSC's.
