Can someone of the spanish speakers try to explain what all this mean?... is about fusing the rings to get more poweror something like that?...

Habla de como se puede 'quebrar' el motor. El tiempo de 'quebrar' es el tiempo durante el motor se 'afloja' para que corre mejor. Antes, se pensaba que un carro nuevo no se debia correr rapido y duro ( a todo velocidad). Pero este reporte deci que si. Sigun, uno debe de calientar el carro muy bien antes de todo y entonces uno corre el carro rapido.
