There is this kid that works with my sister, i used to work there. Who has an eclipse, not the brand new but the bodystyle under it. http://www.musclecarclub.com/other-cars/...lipse-1995a.jpg there we go, look like that one. Anyway, he has a set of ninespoke 18"s havn't seen them yet. but will those rims fit on my car? **AND he caught me there yesterday pickin up my sister and he told me he will trade me straight up for my truck. i have a '94Sierra, sweet looking truck 170k rebuilt everything cd player, aftermarket bucket seats, dual exhaust with 4"dia/16"long stainless tips "33 mud tires - firstone destination. he needs a truck for his fourwheeler and i think that an eclipse will sell faster tban a truck. what do you think?

They may fit as far as the bolt pattern. I had a 96 Avenger(basically a Mitsu product) that had a set of 16" rims, not only did they fit my 2000 GTP, they also fit the bolt pattern on my sons 94 Mustang. There were backspacing issues with the fronts on the Mustang though. Not sure if you'll have fender rub with the 18's, someone else here should be able to help you with that fitment issue.

If I'm no mistaken, the 3rd Gen Eclipse (same as my Stratus) utilize a 5x114 or 114.3 bolt pattern. In other words, close enough to work.

The offsets are similar and the stock rims on my R/T are 17s. I don't see how they would interfere any more than my 15" steelies.

Ahhem, that picture he has posted is a picture of a 2nd gen Eclipse. Anyway, that truck is really nice, and unless that Eclipse is a GS-T or GSX, I wouldn't trade. Otherwise you'll end up with a pokey little Eclipse with a Dodge Neon motor in it. Not sure whether the wheels would fit though, I guess I could take my wheels off my 2nd Gen Talon and try putting them on my GP.

Yeah, he described a 3rd gen, then posted a picture of a 2nd gen. Beats me what he's talking about then.

Yes, 2nd gen. I don't know hardly anything about them, except the turbo AWDs can launch like a mofo.

Yep, I've got one, and yes it does launch like a mofo. Nearly snaps your neck if you launch it hard enough. It's in the shop right now getting 3" all the way back I love it, but I still love the GP too.

Sounds like fun. A guy who owns the Stratus forum has one that he's done a lot of work to (built engine, bigger turbo, etc) and dynoed at just under 400whp untuned.
