Right now Im at my bro's house and need to know how to post pics on the site from the scanner.

Also if somebody can help post pics on my myspace page. I don't know nothing about this stuff.

He has a hp scanner.

Scan the pic and save it. Upload to a free service (ie imageshack), and post the link/pic here.
