That last one wasnt horrible...I just wish they would lay off the stunts that leave you saying "there is no freakin way"

On the other hand I am pumped waiting for "Avatar"

I'm gonna have to disagree with you there, simply because they destroyed every car in the movie. Blew up the gorgeous Chevelle and the Skyline with it, ran the Charger into a wall, and the Subaru I think actually drove away (maybe) but was still all busted up. Not to mention all the cars the wreck in the chase at the end.

Not a car movie...

I think the last one was good it just needs to be back to the roots with more racing and less stupid save the world story line.

That STI wasn't going anywhere without a driveshaft lol nvm the crumpled motor.

I couldn't remember how the STI ended up for sure. When they brought the Charger back, but then ran it into a wall, I pretty much stopped paying attention. lol

I thought the first and third ones were good. I think that's because like you said, they are more about racing (or drifting, in the third one). The second one was mediocre, IMO, but not horrible.

The 2nd one was the worst IMO. lol

The tunnels were retarded what a waste of CGI, the one cool thing is the Fbomb is actually a a real car and is very fast.

Vinny D is getting old dude haha.

So in your logic one of the greatest "car movies" isn't a car movie because the "star car" is totaled at the end.

If you don't know which movie I'm talking about it's Vanishing point.

totally crashing cars is way of life in Hollywood, especially if they are nice rides...those movie types are just twisted that way...which I think stinks but it has been that way for as long as I can remember.

Actually, Herc, the movie that jumped to my mind is Gone in 60 Seconds. lol

The difference is, they don't spend the entire movie wrecking every car they come into contact with, to make it entertaining. Well, except for your generic cop cars, but 1. they are generic 2. it just funny as hell. lol
