Hi guys, just wanted to let you know that I am now the proud owner of a Blue/Green 2006 GXP. This car is absolutely awesome!! My 2000 GTP pales in comparison, and I love that car! Anyways, just happy to be a part of this group.

Big difference huh?
I went from my '02 GTP to an '07 GXP and the difference in about everything is like night and day. The '07 is a much quieter car on the highway, less wind noise, better ride and handling. All around a better car, and it has more get up.

This is the first new car I've ever had. When I was at the dealer the first time, he told me "these don't drive like any other grand prix, the ride is completely different." That had me worried for a while, until I drove it, and realized that what he said was true, except not in a bad way. Like I said before, I still love my '00 GTP, but this car is my new baby. The only thing I've done to it so far is put the Lloyd custom floor mats in it wink . Any ideas for other things to do?

I definitly have a new downpipe, and a fenderwell induction in order for my car. Should add about 10-15 hp. with those two mods.

Question: Why am I having such a hard time finding Euro/Altezza tail lights for my 07'? Are they just not available yet? If anyone knows where to get them please help because the stockies are easily the ugliest part of the car!

I would tint the tail lights.. w/ your color of car, it would look just as good, and be cheaper then getting them paited.

Use VHT night shades paint, and try about 3 coats, then clear. I have this down for my next mod, and there are several pic's of this done already, just look around.

I think those taillight covers from PFYC when they are painted body color really add a whole new look.

There is a guy on club gp. that has the tail light covers, and the headlamp covers for sale..

His handle is nick041.

I was going to buy them, but my wife didn't like them, so no go. It is technically her car
