19x8.5 rims with a 45mm offset...clearance issues?

ok, so i found a set of rims that i REALLY want, lol. they are asa jh8's and they are 19x8.5 with a 45mm offset, does anyone think that i would have clearance issues with them?

They will fit. If anything you will need to roll your fenders.

now that i think about it, these rims are VERY similar to RShutchinson's rims only his have the rivets and the ones im looking at dont.

Im really thinking about spending my tax return money quite early! haha
