my constant power wire going to my radio has no power.all fuses are good what else would cause that

It's either been rubbed through or come loose from the fuse box. It's just a wire going from point A to point B... unless you fried something and the wire gave out before the fuse.

could it be a bad ignition switch?
just find you another source for the constant power wire and run it to the wiring harness for the radio, but make sure you put a inline fuse on it just to be on the safe side!
