High RPMS!! when idling! any idea?? - 12/28/12 08:39 AM

Hi guys! My GTP '99 with 88K miles a few days ago is idling very rough at 1500 RPMS (cold) and 2500 RPMS (normal temperature). I've already disconnect the TPS, IAC and EGR(one at a time) with no changes on RPM's. No OBD codes and no leaks so far! Any idea of the cuplrit? frown

Thanks in advance for your comments and Happy New Year 2013!

Check for vacuum leaks. That is the most likely culprit.

MAF sensor?

You sure there are no vac leaks? Did you check around injector o-rings?

Had this issue for months.
Sometimes throwing code sometimes not.
Car could go for weeks with no issues.
Then high idle, I could do 40 mph without touching the pedal.
I was getting TPS codes.
Replaced TPS and that fixed mine.
But like others said, could be a list of possibilities.
