ok guys sooo ya the car is officially done!!! *[PICS ADDED 6-1-09!!!!]*

ok, well after a LOT of persuasion from friends and family, i have decided to just finish my car and be done with it! So, i just pulled the trigger on an F1 Hood, SD Airdam, and an SD Spoiler ALL painted bright red for $700 picked up!

I will be picking them up next weekend when I am in Elgin for Drag Day 2009!!!

he was telling me, hes just sick of dealing with the car. nothing has gone right with that turbo setup and he has some sort of leak and he is just sick of trying to figure it out.

That's interesting. Maybe you try take a picture then I will curious what it look like. Maybe hopefully put honeycomb grille if possible.

Oh it'll take more than a SD front air dam...the next time I show mine I want my interior done right and the engine bay to look like aircraft quality stuff...lots o' braided stainless, paint and polish...as well as the ported blower sitting on top. I'm lookin to move into the league with Pops.

Ya ben, once you graduate you will have soo much more money. I didnt start buying my top swap parts and other crap for my car until after i graduated in december. I got a good paying job and im set.

Dont get yourself all over-bummed, these things take time. I had to put all that kind of stuff on the back burner while I was raising a family...its only been the last 5 years or so that I truly started making progress and getting stuff done to my car I had wanted to for years. Be smart with your money and your job and you'll get it done before you get as old as I am.

Patience my good man...its hard to do but well worth the wait. If I had held onto one or two of the cars I owned when I was your age I could have some sweet classics in the driveway.
