Ever since I changed my springs over to the Gen 2 SSC lowering springs my car has been makeing a whined noise when I turn the wheel. Any suggestions?

Your power steering pump might be going bad, and lowering the front end may have put a bit more strain on it and caused the noise to be more noticable. I had a problem with a noisy pump on my '97 GTP - my '00 GTP is much quieter.

Could be the belt also.

I'd start with the power steering pump. Its your most likely culprit when you hear that whine.

x2. My 97 had a tiny leak in the seal and it still made a whining noise loud enough to hear.

Well after posting this I checked the PS pump and all the belts and seal and nothing. Its not a power sterring whine it sounds more like the line is squecking. I really can't explain but I iwll take a vid of it next time i'm in my car.
