What Type Of Fuel For Your Pontiac? - 05/14/07 12:52 PM

Hey guys just a quick question for everyone. What type of fuel do you put in your Pontiac. Me? I only put in Shell V-Power. I know gas is killing us in this country and V-Power is pretty expensive now days but I think its the best performance gasoline out there and my car runs beautiful on it. Its also a high perfomance fuel which is good for high performance cars. So guys what fuel do you use?

Lets hear it! cool

I try to use Sunoco as often as I can but there isn't one around my house for like 10 miles. There's an Exxon about 50 yards away so I go there.

Petro Canada Premium or Shell V-Power, both hanging around 1.05/L atm, or Sunoco 94 Octane @ about 1.13/L.

Quiktrip 91 or BP 92...I go 2 BP most of the time but its out of my way so I hit up QT every so often...I get like 16-18 mpg on a regular basis, so @ 3.39 a gallon it is killing me...

Its cool to know that us Pontiac guys use only the high octane for our cars. Its the best. Shell V-Power is expensive but I wouldnt use anything else.

If I had a stock GT I'd run 87 octane.

I wish I still had my GT. Cheap gas, nothing wrong with it, and no desire to mod it any further.

Oh, and no real KR. I'm on the hate side of the love/hate relationship with my GTP lately.
