Yes, both front and rear.
For the rear you will need the 'cop' bushings also, but the Gp brackets will work.

there are 3 front police sway bars
1. 30mm solid bar (10287944), bushing 10289144 (order 2)
2. 32mm solid bar (10287717), bushing 10287711 (need 2)
3. 34mm solid bar10404184, bushing 10403188 need 2
the stock olds intrigue bar is a 36mm solid bar, but I don't have the part number for that. (all part numbers should be GM part numbers you can give the dealer to order them)
there is onl one rear police sway bar, it is a 19.2mm solid bar (10274610) I believe the price for t is $60 , but don't quote me on that.
I don't have a part number for the bushings for the rear sway bar , but I am sure the dealer can find it. as far as I know if they will bolt up to a 99 GTP then they should I assume bolt up to any 97-2000 Grand prix, again don't quote me on that but it would make sense
